Quality Guarantee

If your books arrive damaged or defective, we'll make it right immediately. Simply email us at support@theclassicshelf.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your name and order number
  • Photos of the issue

We'll send a replacement with free shipping or provide a full refund


What We Consider Damaged
  • Torn, missing, or blank pages
  • Severely damaged covers or binding
  • Water damage or major printing defects
  • Any issue that affects your reading experience

Minor shipping wear (slight corner bumping or light scuffs) is normal for shipped books and doesn't affect the beautiful reading experience we promise.

 

Change of Mind Returns

United States Customers

We don't accept returns for change of mind. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchase to ensure each book is perfect for your family's library.

United Kingdom Customers

You have legal rights under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:

  • 14-day return period from receipt, no questions asked
  • Return for any reason (change of mind, wrong book, etc.)
  • Full refund of purchase price + original shipping
  • You pay return postage (we pay for damaged items)

To return: Email support@theclassicshelf.com within 14 days with your order number. We'll provide return instructions. Books must be in unread, resalable condition.
Refund: Processed within 14 days of receiving your return.
